- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp cornstarch or rice flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil or cooking spray
